Returns accepted for damaged items only

NikkiThomasArt accepts returns within  30 days of purchase.

Sincere apologies but, NikkiThomasArt cannot accept returns for refund if you simply decide you do not like the image.

To initiate a return, please email nikkithomasart@gmail.com and include the following information:

1. Your name

2. The title of the piece

3. The date of purchase

4. The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable.

5. Please include a photo/s of the damage.

NikkiThomasArt will provide a paid shipping label for you to return the piece.

Please return it in the original packaging if possible.

Your refund will be processed when the return has been received.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
